Shipping Policy

  1. We focus to provide best shipping solution which offer faster delivery time with reasonable cost effective manner.
  2. In order to have best shipping experience, we limit our area of shipping, as follow:
    1. North America (i.e. US and Canada).
    2. Europe (most european countries,except eastern europe).
    3. Middle East (i.e. UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi).
    4. Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore) & Australia.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
  4. Order processing time takes 2-5 business days.
  5. Shipping time takes normally 8-22 days, depending on distance, seasonal busy period (e.g. holiday)
  6. Delivery Time is total order processing time + shipping time + additional time. 
  7. Additional time may occured due to custom clearance, invalid address, and other incidents.
  8. Disclaimer
    1. We are not responsible for deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one home or available to give a signature.
    2. We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts that result in a return to sender situation.
    3. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered into our shipping form.
    4. After a package is shipped out, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
    5. We are unfortunately not responsible for stolen packages.
    6. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs or strikes.
    7. We are not responsible for customs fees for international customers.
    8. We always try our best to estimate the shipping time and communicate with complete transparency with our customers, but sometimes unforeseen problems occur.

Cancellation Policy



  1. You can cancel your order online while the order still in processing, BEFORE the product has been shipped.
  2. Your entire order amount will be refunded. There could be some charges from your payment gateway.
  3. Contact to cancel your order.

Return & Refund Policy



  1. Return & Refund is applicable for defective products.
  2. You must provide evidence (unboxing video) from sealed package to demonstrate the defective parts.
  3. All videos will be reviewed by our manufacturers/factories. We will carry on based on their review.
  4. Contact to do return/refund.
